Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?
Gold and Platinum Masters Club members never pay after-hours fees. For everyone else, any after-hours charge is disclosed upfront in your flat quote — never sprung on you at the door.
Should I repair my old system or replace it?
We show you the math on both, side by side — repair cost, remaining life, refrigerant availability, and efficiency savings — and let you decide. Our technicians are paid the same either way, so there's no incentive to upsell you.
What's the deal with the new refrigerants?
New systems now use next-generation A2L refrigerants (R-454B and R-32), and the cost of recharging older R-410A systems is rising as supply tightens. Every Master technician is A2L-certified, and we'll always tell you honestly whether a recharge or an upgrade makes more sense for your home.
Is financing really 0%?
Yes — qualified buyers can get 0% promotional APR for 18 months on new systems, and you can pre-qualify online in about two minutes with no impact to your credit score. Other terms are available if that promo isn't the right fit.
